Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Launchglot (https://launchglot.com) (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Zhou Zhengchao, an individual based in Guangxi, China ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
Launchglot is an AI-powered localization tool for app developers. It translates in-app strings and localizes App Store and Google Play listings (ASO metadata) into multiple languages.
AI output is machine-generated and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing translations before you publish them.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You can sign up with email and password, or with a third-party sign-in such as Google when it is offered.
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Plans, Quota and Credits

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount.
- Quota is measured in characters: source characters × number of target languages. For example, 1,000 source characters translated into 5 languages uses 5,000 characters.
- Monthly quota resets at the start of each billing period. Unused monthly quota does not roll over.
- Top-up credit packs: $9 USD for 500,000 characters, or $29 USD for 2,000,000 characters. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are used after your monthly quota runs out.
- We may change prices or plan features. Price changes for existing subscriptions take effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance by email.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, sales tax/VAT and receipts. When you buy, you also agree to Creem's terms. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings, or by emailing support@launchglot.com.
- When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew. Your account then moves to the Free plan.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains malware;
- use the Service to create spam, fraud, or deceptive app listings;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get around the Service's limits or security;
- resell or share access to the Service without our written permission;
- use automated means to create accounts or abuse free quota.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Your Content
- You keep ownership of the strings, listings and other content you upload ("Input") and of the translations the Service produces for you ("Output").
- You give us a limited license to process your Input only to provide the Service to you.
- We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models.
- You confirm you have the right to upload your Input.
- Our handling of your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our Property
The Service itself, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to it beyond using the Service as described here.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties, such as AI model providers (through OpenRouter), hosting (Cloudflare), database (Neon) and payments (Creem). We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers. We will try to keep the Service running smoothly.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the translations will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we end the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts where those laws allow.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. For important changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.
